Match Guarantee:
Every member is entitled to 10 verified, handpicked matches within the membership period of 6 months.
Note: Your Membership window officially starts from the day you receive your first match from us.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are not applicable on our Exclusive Memberships any more. However, failing to send you 10 verified matches gives you permission to extend the package until we send in the promised matches.
