Match Guarantee
Every member is entitled to 10 verified, handpicked matches within the 6-month membership period.
Refund Eligibility
100% Refund - Only applicable if we fail to provide 10 matches within the 6 months of active membership.
No Refunds - If 10 matches are delivered, even if none result in a successful connection.
No partial refunds under any circumstances.
Transfer Option
If you're unable to continue for personal reasons, you may transfer your membership to an eligible family member or friend once - subject to UrbanMatch approval.

- Reason for transfer/refund request
