You must be genuinely seeking a long-term relationship or life partner
The membership is intended strictly for personal use

‍3. Services Provided
‍UrbanMatch’s Exclusive Membership includes:
6 months of personalized matchmaking support
10 handpicked, verified matches
1-on-1 communication with trained matchmakers
Match success (marriage, engagement, etc.) is not guaranteed.

‍4. User Responsibilities
‍You agree to:
Provide accurate, truthful personal information
Update any changes in your profile promptly
Respect all interactions with our team and matched members
Refrain from misusing the service for dating, promotions, or third-party solicitation

‍5. Privacy & Data Use
‍UrbanMatch collects necessary data to personalize your matchmaking experience. This includes your basic profile details, preferences, and communication history.

Your data is never sold or used for third-party advertising
Data is shared only with relevant internal team members involved in your matchmaking journey
You may request updates or deletion of your personal data at any time

All content and technology used within the Exclusive Membership platform—including visuals, processes, and communication—are the intellectual property of UrbanMatch and protected by applicable copyright laws.

‍UrbanMatch provides this service “as-is.” While we strive for high-quality matching:

We do not guarantee relationship outcomes
We are not liable for personal interactions or communication between matched members
UrbanMatch’s liability is limited to the fee you paid for this membership.

‍9. Changes to Terms
‍We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or within the Service. Continued use after changes constitute acceptance.
